Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want you to feel confident about your membership. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.

Cancel anytime
You can cancel your Premium membership at any time from Membership & Billing or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals — your access continues until the end of your current paid period.
Free trial
Premium memberships may begin with a 30-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged. If you don't cancel, your paid subscription begins when the trial ends.
Refunds
Because memberships unlock immediate access to coaching, events, and premium resources, payments are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we'll review your case. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Coaching sessions & credits
Recurring coaching memberships mint session credits each billing cycle. Unused credits remain valid until your next billing date. Credits are not refundable for cash but can be used for future sessions while active. See your dashboard for your current balance.
Failed renewals
If a renewal payment fails, we'll retry during a short grace window before pausing bookings. You won't lose your history or profile. Update your payment method to restore full access.
