Eligibility

RLO is a community for women who love women. You must be 18 or older to create an account. By using RLO, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Your account & conduct

You're responsible for your account activity and the content you share. You agree to follow our Community Guidelines and to treat other members with respect.

Coaching and counseling are not a substitute for emergency care. If you're in crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis line immediately.

Memberships & billing

Premium memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) after any free trial. You can cancel anytime. Billing details are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Content & intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you post and grant RLO a limited license to display it within the community. Our resources, guides, and materials are owned by RLO and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

RLO is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RLO is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the platform. Coaching and counseling referrals do not guarantee specific outcomes.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify members of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
